Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out our client health record. If more than 10 minutes late, the time will be deducted from your service. This insure all of our clients will enjoy their full service on time.

A credit card is needed to secure your booking as we are a destination spa.

All prices are exclusive of 13% HST and Gratuities. Please feel free to leave your Therapist gratuity, on spa packages we recommend 20% Gratuities. For groups of over 3 people, we suggested at least 25% gratuity before tax.

We kindly request a 24-hour notice of cancellation or reschedule. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged full prices for their services.

All packages must provide the credit card information to secure the booking. We will contact you within 48 hours by phone to reconfirm your booking after we receive your online booking request.
